Suited for organizations with 5-500 employees, the Chamber(k) plan is designed to meet evolving needs of Chambers of Commerce and their members. The Chamber(k) Retirement Plan offers members a flexible plan, designed to meet the needs of your business, while offering substantial discounts for administration. Aspen has developed a relationship with The Pension Specialists, Ltd, a third party adminstrator and Nationwide Financial's Best of America Group Pension Series ® , to provide members with an outstanding retirement program. The Chamber(k) plan offers a variety of proven fund choices including families like Dreyfus, Fidelity Investments,Oppenheimer Funds and Janus Capital Corp.


Plan Features
The Aspen Chamber(k) plan features Nationwide Life Insurance Companies, Best of America Group Pension Series®, offering over 50 fund choices from over 12 nationally recognized fund families covering a wide range of investment opportunities and management styles. The plan is focused on helping your employees and your organization meet their investment objectives. Optionally, your organization and employees will have access to individual accounts via the Best of America web site, whereby each account holder has options ranging from changing investment options to the transfer of funds between accounts. Educational materials and asset allocation models designed to aid the individual account holder in selecting funds based on risk tolerance are also provided on the site.


Pension Services Summary
Over 50 fund choices from the following fund families:


*Internet access to account information and fund transfers.
*Educational materials and asset allocation models via the Internet.
*Finder fee paid to the Chamber of Commerce $20 per participant not to exceed $600 per group which will be paid after the first deposit to the plan.

Member Agreement
If a member does not renew their membership within 30 days after their plan anniversary, they revert to the non-member fee schedule.
